Best Auto-body shop I've been to! Everyone is so nice and made me feel comfortable that my car was going to get fixed correctly (other body shops have painted my whole bumper a different color before so I was nervous) but Columbus Collision is absolutely amazing! My metallic silver car paint is hard to match but they did phenominal. You can't tell there was ever even a dent or scratch on my car. Stunning and perfect work and paint. They are professional and quick. Answered all the questions I had with a smile, and the FEMALE owner is incredible!! #girlpower and great service. You can't beat it! I highly recommend coming here.

From start to finish, Columbus Collision was extremely professional and efficient. When it came to speaking to my adjuster, Debra was more than willing to call alongside me to make sure we got the answers we needed. Unfortunately, my accident happened during a bad snowstorm, and so many cars were coming in that needed extensive repairs. The repair process took several weeks, but during those weeks the members were CONSTANTLY updating us on any changes, extensions or problems occurred. They were never once unprofessional or unclear about anything that was happening. I was extremely happy to be kept in the loop from the beginning of the process to the end. Debra also always encouraged us to call any time we wanted an update or "missed our car", which was absolutely appreciated if we needed an update for any reason. Give them a chance!!

Unfortunately, my car was involved in a collision and Columbus Collision Center (Debra) reached out to me. I was amazed by the unbelievable customer service I received. She handled everything - making sure my car was towed to their lot and arranging a rental car for me (at a time when they were almost impossible to find because of COVID) before my insurance company even reached out to me. This was incredibly important since I was left with nothing to drive. She was just AWESOME!
She either answered my calls or returned my calls promptly and handled every little detail. It is so unusual to receive GREAT customer service that i was truly impressed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company for any collision repair - they totally know what they are doing and make the process as seamless as possible.

I love Debra & Ashley they were very very helpful to me, they were very patient very hard working, communication is a big thing to me & that is one thing I can say about them is they communication is ON POINT! Ashley was so kind hearted to me she rushed they whole process just for me to be able to get my vehicle & return back to work. Debra was a excellent person as well that helped me get through the long hard time, she always answered the phone, always returned my calls & always relayed messages to Ashley the manager when I ever I needed her. So this place was amazing after scrambling my thoughts trying to figure out what I’m going to do To get my 2019 Acura fixed It’s Covid I haven’t worked I didn’t have the money this nice lady Stephanie contacted me by phone I was a little skeptical at first because she said the shop could cover my deductible if I worked with her shop at first I was going to go with what the insurance told me but when she told me that they did not have my best interest I started to believe her I let my guard down and let her take my baby to the shop and when I got it back it looked brand new and she covered my $500 deductible like she said. I will highly recommend this body shop to anyone who needs their car fixed .Thank you so much Stephanie for all your help.

So far so good. My car is there for front end repairs and thus far Dianna has been amazing. Customer service is top notch. Let's see if their crew in the shop is as phenomenal as the staff in the office. I'll post pictures of the finished product when I get it back and adjust this review accordingly. EDIT: THE RDX IS HOME! Ashley's team (specifically Tim) did a terrific job restoring it back to new and Dianna was awesome! Rest assured I will be referring my customers from LV Automotive Service Center to Columbus Collision for their body and paint work!

I dealt with mainly Ashley (on site Manager). I had use their services once before with a wreck an once I contacted Ashley she took pretty much all the handling in her own hands all the way down to the car rental being lined up for me . I recently changed my deductible to $1000 so my most concern was having to come up with money out of pocket , Ashley saved me from doing that and got immaculate work done and dealt with my car insurance and the car rental for me . They even fixed my headlight which was out and I’m pretty sure that had nothing to do with my wreck . It took over 2 wks to get done but well worth the wait so Thank you Ashley for all your hard work ! I would definitely recommend this shop to friends or family in need of body work!
